Green Chile Stew

1 lb elk burger

2 carrots

1/4 cup to green chile, to taste

2 cups chicken broth

1 onions

1/2 cup cheese, plus for topping

  1. Add oil to pan, sweat onions and green chile. When onions are translucent, add elk burger and brown.
  2. Add carrots and broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook 20-30 minutes.
  4. Add cheese and allow to melt in. Serve with additional cheese on top.
