Green Chile Stew
1 lb elk burger
1/4 cup to green chile, to taste
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup cheese, plus for topping
- Add oil to pan, sweat onions and green chile. When onions are translucent, add elk burger and brown.
- Add carrots and broth and bring to a boil.
- Cook 20-30 minutes.
- Add cheese and allow to melt in. Serve with additional cheese on top.
