Bizarre Foods Monday: Bison Burgers
This isn’t really that bizarre, it’s actually better than beef in my opinion. I didn’t add anything to the meat, just formed it into patties and cooked them on an electric griddle. I would have done them on the grill but it’s been threatening rain all evening.
Once the patties are grilled, serve them up on buns with your favorite toppings. In our case; ketchup, mayo, lettuce and cheese.
