Garlic Rosemary Lamb Chops
This is so savory and good! You can use lamb breast instead of chops if you like. It’s a cheaper cut and still really good.
8 lamb chops
1 Tablespoon olive oil
3 Tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
Juice and zest of one lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon storage bag. Squish the marinade around the meat to mix and lay flat in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Overnight is better.
2. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
