Slow Cooker Venison Roast

We finally got to taste our deer and he’s pretty tasty. Don’t overcook this recipe, it’ll come out dry and tough.



3 lb boneless venison roast

1 onion, sliced

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 Tablespoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 (1 oz) package dry onion soup mix

1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup


1. Place meat in slow cooker and cover with sliced onions.

2. Mix up remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over meat.

3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
