Crock Pot Beef Fajitas

I’m never making fajitas any other way again! We used elk scraps and it came out perfect.


  • 1.5-2 lbs steak beef cut into thin strips ( you could use chicken but may want to cut the cooking time a bit)
  • 1  packet fajita seasoning mix
  • 1 large  onion sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of water

Cut your steak, and vegetables into thin strips.

Put beef strips, seasoning packet and veggies into the crock pot.

Add the ketchup to water and add to crock pot.

Put the lid on, and cook on low heat 6-8 hours till desired tenderness.

OR you can cook on high heat for 4-6 hours
