So far

I’ve been on my new diet (3 solid meals with meat, veggies and fat while avoiding dairy, eggs, gluten, corn, soy, potatoes, sugar, etc) for 10 days. I feel okay. The food is very limited, but I’m going to investigate the local organic grocery for more options. I’m still getting used to eating 3 times a day and the amount I have to eat, but I’ve been losing weight, so that’s good. I’m setting a new goal weight for myself of 145 since I have surpassed my last goal of 155 by 3lbs. Maybe it’ll be a bikini kind of year.

The supplements are a pain. It’s six caps 3 times a day plus liquid vitamin B. I feel a little funny on them while they are fighting infection and detoxing me, but hopefully I can get those done soon.
