Therapy Click

I finally clicked this week with my therapist and we manged to get some progress done. His methods weren’t working and I told him that and he changed. We started working from the present back, rather than from the beginning. It led us to a possible origin source of my anxiety problems. I feel a lot better about continuing therapy now because it seems to be more productive. The first 2 sessions left me feeling crappy and confused. I have another appointment next week and hopefully the good work will continue.
