Lost: Common Sense

I got an email from one of our subscribers at work demanding a refund on his subscription. He wasn’t overly rude, but slightly irate, so I looked into things for him. I couldn’t find any record of his payment in our records or on our list. I emailed him several times back and forth trying to make things right for him. Finally, he tells me he moved. I ask if he did any change of address forms or notified us of the change, he says no. I politely tell him that I will send him some back issues and get his new address on the list. In my head, I’m wondering how this person functions in life.
