It’s back…

The phantom soccer illness appears to be back. I had this last year for several months and saw my doctor about it, but we never figured out what it was. I suspected anemia or low blood sugar, but we couldnt get the blood tests to show these. If I could get blood drawn when I’m feeling sick, we might be able to catch the culprit, but it has always been after office hours.

This time around I have a few other possible trouble makers.

1. Stress. I just started school again and I get anxious about stupid things. My anxiety tends to manifest physical symptoms.

2. Ulcer. I take excedrin before games for my joints and it’s possible that I’ve developed a stomach sensitivity.

3. My diet. I started a diet about a week ago. I set out to lose 2lbs a week, but have been losing about a pound a day without really trying. I dont want to lose that fast and think it’s unhealthy, so I’m going to see my doctor to adjust it so I’ll be in a safer range.
