Lime & Cilantro Tuna with Honey Glaze

This was amazing. Definitely worth it!


1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup lime juice

1/8 cup balsamic vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 lb tuna

1/4 cup honey

2 Tablespoons olive oil

2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro


1. Mix olive oil, lime, balsamic, garlic, ginger and cilantro. Marinate tuna one hour (or longer).

2. Preheat grill and grease. Mix honey, oil and cilantro.

3. Cook 1-2 minutes each side. Brush honey glaze over both sides during cooking.
