Bacon Quiche Tarts


6 ounces of cream cheese, softened

5 tsp milk

2 eggs

1/2 cup shredded colby cheese

2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped

1 Tablespoon onion, finely chopped

1 package cresent rolls

5 strips bacon, crumbled


1. Beat cream cheese and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Add eggs, cheese, green pepper and onion and mix well.

2. Separate dough into triangles and press into greased muffin cups. Sprinkle half of the bacon into cups. Pour egg mixture over bacon and top with remaining bacon.

3. Bake, uncovered at 375 dregrees for 22-24 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
