Caesar Salad

It really ruined it for me to make my own dressing and I’m still searching for a better dressing recipe.


Hearts of Romaine, torn

1/3 cup grated Parmesan

3 large garlic cloves

4 anchovy fillets

1 hard boiled egg yolk

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

3 TBsp lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp each salt and pepper


1. Tear lettuce and set aside.

2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

3. Toss lettuce with dressing and Parmesan.
