Bacon Cheese burgers

These were pretty good. I’d recommend using a burger press though. Mine came out really fat.

Ingredients:

1 lb bacon

8 oz lean hamburger

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup bread crumbs (or stuffing mix)

Pinch cayenne pepper, seasonings to taste

Hamburger buns

Directions:

1. Place bacon, beef, cheeses, bread crumbs and seasonings in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

2. Shape into 8 patties and chill.

3. Grill 6 minutes each side and serve.
